This lovely vacation rental features three spacious bedrooms, offering the perfect setup for a relaxing stay. The home includes two full bathrooms and one half bath, ensuring plenty of space for guests.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and beautiful hardwood floors, all complemented by the warmth of exposed brick. With in-unit laundry, this home offers both style and functionality for your stay.

A few simple house rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
- No Parties or Events: We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or gatherings. Violating this rule will result in a $300 fee and immediate removal from the property, with no refund.
- No Smoking: Smoking of any kind inside the house is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fee.
- Parking: Street parking is available for your convenience.
- Beach Towels: Please don’t take bath towels to the beach.
- Checkout: Checkout is at 10 AM. A fee of $30 per hour (rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes) will apply for any time the cleaners are waiting. The cleaners will determine the extra time required, and the cost will be passed on to you.

By booking this home, you agree to follow these rules and pay any fees for noncompliance. We appreciate your respect for our home!

Before You Check Out:

- Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and heaters, and set the AC to 73° on hot days or the heat to 67° on cold days.
- Close all windows and lock the doors.
- Kindly return all furniture to its original place, including outdoor furniture.
- Washing your dishes is appreciated!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-four percent (94.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
