Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort for your group. Please note that some areas, such as the garage and laundry, are locked and not accessible during your stay.

We won't be available in person, but feel free to message us through the Airbnb app if you have any questions between 9 AM and 9 PM. For emergencies or if you're unable to get in outside of these hours, please call us twice in a row. Only call if it's an emergency that can't wait until the morning.

This home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 8-minute drive or a 1.5-mile walk to the Notre Dame campus. It's also a little over a mile to Eddy Street Commons and the local dining row.

Uber and taxi service is readily available and it's also an easy walk to Notre Dame and other local landmarks.

We have a strict no-smoking and no-party policy.

Pets are allowed. We ask for $60 per pet, per 30 day period. Please pick up pet waste and other pet messes. We may charge you extra if pet messes are excessive or if there is waste in the yard.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or advance notice from managemenThere is a bonus room with a small bed that could fit a child.We have a strict no-smoking and no-party policy.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-four percent (94.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
